Kids from Livewire Youth Music visit Pete in Liverpool

A group of members from the Livewire Youth Music charity in Saltash, Cornwall had the opportunity of a lifetime a couple weeks ago, when they were invited to attend a performance of Quadrophenia and go backstage to meet Pete.

According to an article in This is Somerset, Pete has been backing Livewire since it started developing as a music project about 13 years ago. Livewire provides groups of young people with the chance to develop music skills in a friendly, safe and supportive environment, including free music lessons, recording studios and rehearsal rooms to use as well as a 250-capacity live music venue.

Livewire is currently working on their own version of Quadrophenia, which is slated for December 2013.  For more information, please visit livewireyouth.com.
